Ray has 7years experience as a Strategy and Research analyst. Prior to co-founding Caton, Ray was the Research Lead at Turner & Townsend, a global management consulting firm. Ray is an MBA graduate from GIBS business school and also holds an honour in Economics.

Benjamin is a co-founder of Caton Consulting. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and project manager at New Africa Consulting. Benjamin’s local and international experience includes the management of assurance engagements for Price waterhouse copper’s banking and capital markets division, in Johannesburg, which include, inter alia: Standard Bank CIB, RMB, Fidelity (USA) and the SARB. Benjamin’s experience in the public sector includes leading revenue optimisation work in the Fezile Dabi district.

Darlington has 8years experience in Research and SMMEs development. Over the past 5years he has consulted in more than 10sectors including hospitality, agriculture, transportation, manufacturing and others. Prior to establishing Caton Consulting, Darlington was Manager at VICMAT a boutique SMME business consulting firm. Darlington has an Honours degree in Economics and he holds a Masters in Development Finance from UCT's Graduate School of Business.
